This one is a single 3" x 2.7" board with three switch selected bands. The sub-band frequencies for FT4, FT8, JT9 and WSPR for each band are preprogrammed and switch selected, with a LED to indicate with mode is selected.

I'm going to call this the "Skinny-Digi" since it's a real minimalist approach.
